Overview

Julianne M. Ogden, a Consortium Manager with B&C® Consortia Management, L.L.C. (BCCM), guides and facilitates effective consortia performance in advocacy, product stewardship, scientific testing, and compliance programs.  Ms. Ogden provides exceptional, cost-effective administrative, operational, and communication services to assist consortia in reaching and exceeding their institutional goals.  An experienced project manager, Ms. Ogden has a proven record of success assisting chemical stakeholder groups to address matters related to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS), and U.S. state chemical management programs.  With her extensive knowledge of the chemical regulatory process and perceptive management style, she guides members with sometimes competing priorities through a decision-making process to formulate, plan, and execute the consortium’s overall objectives.

Representative Engagements

  • Drafted and presented comments during a state regulatory process.
  • Coordinated efforts across stakeholder groups to generate communications material for advocacy purposes.
  • Increased awareness and engagement with relevant state and federal legislative and regulatory activity for designated chemical groups through analyzing proposed rulemakings and providing comments.
  • Performed outreach to appropriate stakeholders to recruit and retain consortium members, increasing available resources and institutional profile for the consortium.
  • Provided project management for a consortium report containing over 4,500 data points that was generated for submission to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) TSCA staff.
